ContractIQ (“the Service”) provides automated informational analysis of physician employment and independent-contractor agreements. The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify contract terms that may warrant attention, clarification, or negotiation.
The Service does not provide legal advice. Output from the Service is informational only. Nothing in any report, flag, negotiation question, or other output constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney familiar with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years of age. The Service is intended for physicians, medical professionals, and their authorized representatives evaluating physician employment or contractor agreements.
When you upload a contract: your file is transmitted securely over HTTPS; the file is processed in memory to extract text and generate a report; the raw contract file and full extracted text are not stored. Only the analysis report output is retained. You may delete any report at any time from your dashboard.
Access requires a paid subscription or per-report purchase, processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContractIQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including harm arising from reliance on informational output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-based analysis may contain errors or omissions.
The Service, including the analysis methodology and software, is the intellectual property of ContractIQ LLC. You may use generated reports for personal contract review. You may not resell or commercially exploit reports or analysis methodology without written permission.
